We offer a range of price schedules to suit the supply requirements of our own dairies as well as the needs of external customers. In addition to conventional milk schedules, we also offer specialist schedules for organic farmers and for farmers with Channel Islands cows.
Members supplying conventional milk, and whose milk predominantly supplies the liquid market, are allocated onto a liquid schedule. This schedule includes a payment for butterfat and a flat rate payment. Members in areas that predominantly supply manufacturing sites are allocated a compositional payment schedule. Those members that are located close to the Llandyrnog and Lubborn creameries have a more specific compositional contract, which is designed to meet the exact needs of these two sites. All of our compositional schedules have payments for butterfat and protein as well as a smaller flat rate payment.
